We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.
If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
