Standard Returns
We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.
If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Eligible products may be returned within 24 months of purchase under the Exquisite Pro Evolution & Giveback Program.
Customers returning eligible gear will receive:
